1. The scrolls (up to 120 units) and aluminum foil bags (up to 200 pieces) are stacked
manually and then sucked by the robot automatically for loading the material.
2. It auto searched the barcode information from previous process then downloads the
printed label content automatically. And the robot stick the label on the scroll and the
aluminum foil bag.
3. Before packing, the CCD will automatically inspect the label content of the scrolls and
the aluminum bags to see if they are correct.
4. The desiccant is loaded automatically by the Vibration Disc. The display cards will be
stacked manually and then sucked by the robot automatically for loading the material.
The display card is designed with heating function to avoid getting moistened.
5. The desiccant, display card and scroll can be loaded in the aluminum foil bag
automatically.
6. The aluminum foil is sealed by instant heating method. The seal-heating time, air
extraction time and nitrogen filling time can be set by the operator.
7. The products will be stacked for easier receiving. Six groups of Receiving Box are
provided for accommodating 150 bags. |
